THE FACTS: Solid spruce top, extra jumbo body, single cutaway. full scale nect with easy to reach frets. neck isn't heavily laqured so its fast and very playable. sells for $500 on budget sites like nextag and such WITHOUT A CASE. the bass is $420 OR BEST OFFER from me, 3 months old in climate and humidity controled envrionment is in 9.99 out of 10 shape. looks and plays brand new comes WITH a very road worth heavy form fitted case! THE PROPAGANDA: I tried acoustic basses for months trying everything i could. the results were the michael kelly sounded great and played like CRAP, the Fenderplayed ok and sounded like crap, dean shouldnt even make guitars. ibanez should stick to electrics. it all came down to this Alvarez or a Takamine and since the alvarez had more expressive tones and was just plain louder i purchased it. its very classy looking. punchy when spanked, muddy and moody when played with fingers.
